band camp. n rehearsal.
blehx. totally tired. posting bout 4 days in one big post. so yeah. READ. haha. sorri to those who were waiting for my postings. lolz. =x sorriii.
Day 1
in the morning met jocelyn and went to school lorz. yeah.
then amalina taught all the group leaders how to report strength. yeah. was realli cool learning it. haha. yeah. then my group was named Taufik Batisah. -grins- jocelyn's group is named TAUFIK lor. hmphh. still got other groups like slyvester n banana man. LOLZ. =x haha. =x yeps. my group. erms. got rongzu, chingyee, laypeng, yvonne, fatin, yoke lian n eileen. yeps.
day i/cs were yvonne n stephanie. had combine in the morning. then lunch. got this disgusting looking red coloured sesame chicken. tasted jelly-ish. uck. so me, laypeng, fatin n yokelian played Zong Ji Mi Ma [some number guessing game] haha. then yokelian kana twice so she ate TWO of them. lolz. =x then i forgot what happen le. -.-blah blah. bathed. dinner. then changed into school uniform. and went to esplanade by bus as a band. yeah. to watch philharmonic concert. lolz. and for the first time in my life, i actually slept through a concert. o well. oni for the first half. lolz. ain kept telling " dont sleep!! ". ha. weijie n victor from bedok north were there too. 2 seats infront of me oni. yeah.
went back to school. and had combine again till 1am. lolz. heard our dear yvonne and suhaila de Die Meinstersinger horn part. semiquavers n wateva de. hur. VERY li hai. wootx. -clap clap- hard to believe they'r in sec 1 n 2. lolz. ppl. must look out for them during opus kkies. lol.
couldnt sleep so chat with the sec 1s a bit. yeah. found out some stuff which i thot was pretty serious. coz she was almost to tears le. o well.
you can do it as long as u never give up. dont do it for the sake of pleasing someone, but do it for YOURSELF. =)
Day 2 [happy bday huiqi] =))
day i/c was yokelian n yuting. had PT in the morning. did band jog and was realli fun this time. coz when ain blew a whistle or something we had to either jump, touch the floor or change direction. haha. had so much fun. =) then had breakfast. blehs. me n laypeng wanted Nutella de fillings so badly. haha. yeps. then combine n sectionals. yeps.
after that watched a movie 'Rudy' at music room. very nice. lolz. wensheng was like shouting in the middle of it. haha. so farnie. then bath time. then dinner. pretty normal dinner. lolz. zeting's group [banana man] is TOTALLY farnie la. ppl do 'yam seng' using cup they use banana. LOLZ. =x
then sectionals. combine again. this time was Die Meinstersinger. ha. alma came. =D ha. and played Bravo brass. it sounds SO much better now. -grins- better than before. lolz. then after combine went to music room. got nite games. lolz. very fun sia. was like we had to go on a tour round the school following the arrows in the dark with oni our torchlight. and then we'll be going to different scenes acted out by our Exco. yeah. then we had to guess who killed zhenjun. lolz. haha. very very fun. coz the Exco were 'couples'. haha. like. aaron was yaqing's HUSBAND cum chingyee's long lost father and a lot. haha. while waiting watched SpaceJam mahs. haha. so so so nice. lolz. lala. my group guessed it was Aaron n Esther. yeps. since there's one mastermind and one killer. lolz. then had supper. bread. -.-" then talk with band major. muaha. lolz. then went back to bunk. VERY tired. slept just like that. poof.then at nite. hayati brought along her phone lor. haha. so was feeling totally bored. so smsed some ppl. and none of them replied. o well. my fault. i slept too early. haha.
Day 3
muscle cramp. ouchh. lolz. dont have PT. =( sad. hmph. o well. after short warm-up exercises, we as a group we had to run around the school looking for those items which the exco left behind last nite during the murderer's game. yeah. so my group JUST ran in ONE DIRECTION at da second floor. n in the first place we havent REALLY planned where to go. lolz. and we managed to get like 36 points worth of items. ha. other groups had to like run here n there. ha. lolz. yeps.
then breakfast. day i/cs were zeting n jiahui. then combine. mr lim went through the WHOLE REPERTOIRE. oo. haha. actually i was supposed to sit beside zeting in the middle de front row throughout the whole first half [except loch lomond] coz Eb clar sit beside oboe. then yokelian asked me to sit beside her during Legend From Yao. and it was like the 4th piece. so every single piece i have to move .. inside. outside. inside. outside. inside. o well. mr lim DID say i could sit anywhere i wan. [either at my Eb seat or beside 1st clar] ha. lolz.
then packed bag. and fell in outside canteen. lala. then they announced the murderer n mastermind. ha. okk. it was amalina n aaron. -.-" arghh. lolz. dont know leh. dont make sense one. in the 'story' ama dont even know who's aaron. ok i'm confused lala. and guess what. Taufik [jocelyn's group] and Taufik Batisah [my group] combined fer a cheer. and it was SO farnie coz fadli acted out I DREAM which was sung by laypeng. lolz.
and guess which group got best group?? TAUFIK BATISAH!!! -jumps up and down- MY GROUP!!!! best girl was ruyu and best boy was gangyuan!! best i/c was zeting. -clap clap- lolz. so happy. haha.went to eat with hayati n jocelyn. then went home. slept at 5pm.
slept through my meeting with cindy [sorriiii] and make-up violin lesson. ALL DA WAY till this morning. 6:30am. LOLZ. =x
Today
woke up and went to sch with jocelyn. then helped move percussion and wateva. yeah. reachd VCH. aiyoh. was like waiting and got this bird up there pushing her eggs OUT of her nest. and was like -CRACK- on the floor. and it was GREEN in colour. strange egg. lolz. but yeah. the babies were already in the nest le. yeps. then went into the hall. the choir did their La Musica and others pieces first. then our turn. haha. esther said i could put my Eb ON the stand during loch lomond. -grins- since it actually FITS. haaa. =) lolz. played through all da pieces except Someone to watch over me. yeps. not very good bahs. coz we cannot adapt to the environment. yeah. tts our band's weakness. haizz. yeah. then went back. slept through the trip. and ppl like yokelian n wensheng were like " rebecca today not energetic.. she must be dying.. " or wateva de. totally -???-. lolz. =x
then went fer lunch. then came back fer sectionals. then got something happen lor. hope its settled le bahs. yeps. =) then got Intermezzo combine. charles conduct. LOLZ. yeah. then blah blah. then went to eat dinner with kexin, yokelian, aileen, jocelyn n hayati. haha. hayati treated mi to dinner. she said it was my christmas present. woowww. haha. o well. then went kexin house play play about. then home. tired. haha. =x
