exchanges are fun! (:
lala. thx to laypeng who gave me a 'surprised-morning-call', i managed to woke up. haha. and i went crazi in the bus la. haha. ok back to the point. reached bedok north at bout 8:20. yeps. then warm up and so. lala. by then all the other schools had arrived le. and yes. its not 11 schools. it was 12. woah. and think some bands like whitley n monfort didnt come and got some others 'replaced' them. ya.
first band wasbedok north. good job guys! lurve your choice piece so muchhh. haha. next was xinmin then commonwealth. not bad sia! -claps claps- =D haha. thenour band. we didnt break down for the first time!!! yays. mr lim was like 'good' with a smile. ha. but personally felt that i was very 'off' in terms of intonations for my Eb clar. rahs. had to switch clar now n then. lolz. and we were the oni band without scores. ha. joanne was so touched that even without scores we didnt break down at all that she cried. woah. haha. but i missed 6 bars. hmph. nvm. next time will confirm remember. yeps. then eileen gave us chocolate after that! ha. ok. continue.
then was CHIJ st joseph convent. they played american riversongs too. (: lolz. good job. lala. next bedok town. woahh. not bad not bad. they oni had like ONE french horn can. haha. then chinese high. wah. their band super pro. can see why. coz they'r very daring. esp the percussion section. lolz. and according to siying, their Eb clar player was very joyful. or rather bouncy. xD so ke ai. haha. next chij toa payoh. wow. like their band too. nice powerful tone. saw my fren's sister playing trombone. haha. then first toa payoh. really cool band can. haha. then ang mo kio. weee. laypeng lurves that band le. say very nice sound. -nods- then chestnut. saw leya. haha. yups. they played blue ridge! haha. miss that song. =) trpt solo was nice. haha. last but not least, choa chu kang. they played a colonial college. i practically screamed la. its one my favourites. haha. and their tone improved a lot by opening up though i oni heard them twice. lolz. and i made a new fren from them. named Hani. haha. lala.
why was i so scared.
then had to go back to our allocated tuning place to pack up. walked pass this chij gurl holding a bass clarinet. had a sense of familiarity though i dont even know her. looked at her tag. 'rebecca ong'. omg. same name as me. haha. xD
lala. then the band left while clarinets stayed back for sectionals with bedok north and lixing. haha. lixing [or liuxing?] was like. Eb clar. -points- -take from me- -poke poke- haha. so farnie. lala. didnt have most of the parts which lixing wanted to go through. so i went with syaherah from bn to find asmah give her present. (: ha. then went to bedok north french horn sectionals there. then they were like -quiet- coz they thot i was mr lim. LOLZ. okk. took wat zhenjun wanted then left. haha. then went back. and blahs. went off le. said bye to bn ppl. yups.
went to eat at the food court nearby with clarinet section. then talk until like almost 5pm. crapped and laughed a lot lor. haha. then took bus to bedok. saw digambar n diwadeb. da twins from flute n bassoon. haha. then they like so shy when we said hi to them. aww. haha. took mrt home. lala.
